How to apply to be a vendor?

Application Process

Interested artisans, vendors and musicians should apply by filling out and submitting the form below. Applications will go through an approval process. Approved vendor will receive an email confirmation. Once approved, vendor will pay a deposit of $40 via email transfer (info@thenorthartisan.ca). The vendor will pay the remaining balance one week prior to the event.

(Choice of a 6ft rectangular table or a 5ft round table is first come first serve.)

East Gwillimbury Sports Complex, Canada Hall

Venue Details

Each space includes a 6ft long rectangular table or a round table. The venue has 21 rectangular tables and 45 round tables in total. Choice of a rectangular table or a round table is first come first serve. There are electrical outlets around the perimeter of the venue to be shared among the vendors, so please bring your own power bar.

Housekeeping Items

Please bring your own linens and decorations for your booth. No big furnitures are allowed as per the venue’s restrictions to prevent from scratches and damages to the venue. Balloons and flames are not allowed. Vendors are able to bring in their own easels to put larger objects on, and the use of painters tape is permitted to tape things to walls.
